摘要
目的探讨转化生长因子-α(TGF-α)和P63在尖锐湿疣(CA)发病机制中的作用。方法用PCR技术对34例男性CA组织进行检测;将HPV6/11型感染的CA组织和正常包皮组织15例应用免疫组化(SP法)检测。结果CA标本中26例HPV6/11型感染,阳性率为76.47%;CA组织中TGF-α和P63阳性表达率均为92.31%。TGF-α和P63的表达强度在CA和正常包皮组织中差异均有显著性意义(P<0.01);TGF-α和P63间有相关性(rs=0.003,P<0.01)。结论CA感染中以HPV6/11型占多数,TGF-α和P63在CA发病中起一定作用。
Objective To approach the roles of TGF-α and P63 in pathogenesis of condyloma acuminatum(CA). Methods PCR used to detect the infection of HPV 6/11 type in 34 male cases with CA ; Immunohistochemitry tested the expressions of TGF-α and P63 both in CA with HPV 6/11 type and in normal prepuce of 15 cases. Results There were 26 positive specimens with HPV 6/11 type in 34 lesion ones, the detection rate was 76.47% (26/34) ; The positive rates of both TGF-α and P63 were 92.31% (24/26). There were statistical differences in the detections of both TGF-α and P63 in CA ; Speaiman related analysis between TGF-α and P63 was correlation (rs = 0. 003, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions The infection of HPV 6/11 type accounts for majority in CA ; And TGF-α and P63 play certain role in the development of CA.
