摘要
目的:观察辛开苦降法治疗RE的临床疗效、症状改善情况,并进一步证实辛开苦降法治疗反流性食管炎能有效提高患者空腹血浆胃动素(MTL)水平,进而探讨中药辛开苦降法治疗RE的可能机理,为临床治疗提供理论依据以及一种有效的基本法则,以及本法则的组方用药情况。方法:按照随机、对照的原则将75例合格受试对象随机分为治疗组、对照组,治疗组口服辛开苦降方药(张氏通降和胃方);对照组口服奥美拉唑,6周为1个疗程。疗程结束后就临床疗效和安全性作出评价。结果:治疗组和对照组均有效改善症状,提高MTL,但中药组具有起效快、安全、不易复发等特点,优于西药组。结论:本次临床试验结果表明,中药辛开苦降法可以明显减轻反流性食管炎患者的临床症状及胃镜下病变程度,并且可以提高MTL的水平,不仅临床疗效显著,而且可以降低西药治疗的副作用,是一种安全有效的用药途径。
Objective： To observe the effect and symptom improvement of Xinkaikujiang Method in treating Remix Esophagi is （RE）, And confirm Xinkai Kujiang treatment of reflux esophagi is patients can effectively raise the fasting plasma moiling （MTL） level furtherly,then explore possible mechanism of the Chinese medicine treatment of RE and provide a theoretical basis and an effective basic rules for the clinical treatment.Methods：75 qualified cases were selected according to diagnostic criteria, inclusive criteria, and were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was taken orally by Xinkaikujiang Method while the control group was taken orally by Domperidone and Omeprazole entericcoated tablets. The treatment time was composed of 6 weeks. After treatment we will evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety. Results： Treatment group and control group are effective in improving symptoms and improve the MTL, but the effect of Chinese medicine group is fast, safe and easy such as superior to western medicine group.Conclusion：The result indicate, Xinkaikujiang Method can obviously alleviate the symptoms and endoscopes manifestation of RE （ Qiyu Tanzu Syndrome ）while increase MTL levels. Not only the curative rate of Banxia Xiexin Jiawei Decoction is obvious, but also to reduce side effect of western medicine, opening a new way on treating RE.
