摘要
笔者阐述了动物源性农产品中氯霉素的残留状况和氯霉素残留检测的主要方法进行综述,指出了各种方法的特点及氯霉素检测的发展方向。
The residues situation of chloramphenicol from animal products and its main methods of detection were introduced in the article, and advantages and disadvantages on detection methods for chloramphenicol were analysed, meanwhile the devlopment trendence on detection also was mentioned.
