肠炎沙门氏菌感染鹌鹑的细菌学和血清学诊断 被引量:1

摘要 本文评价了试管凝集试验,泄殖腔拭子和粪便样品的细菌分离结果对检测肠炎沙门氏菌感染鹌鹑的可靠性。试验中以1×10 ̄(10)CFV的肠炎沙门氏菌培养物经口接种健康鹌鹑,然后以不同的时间间隔采取泄殖腔拭子、粪便和血清进行细菌分离和试管凝集试验。结果表明,肠炎沙门氏菌感染鹌鹑呈间歇排菌,而且排菌主要集中在感染的早期阶段,随后排菌率下降。所以,泄殖腔拭子和粪便样品在感染的早期分离率高,随后分离率下降,细菌分离结果不能说明鹌鹑感染肠炎沙门氏菌状态,为提高细菌分离结果的可靠性,必须多次采集样品进行细菌分离。凝集反应中,鸡白痢沙门氏菌‘O’抗原的凝集反应滴度比肠炎沙门氏菌‘O’和‘H’抗原更一致、敏感、持续时间长,与肠炎沙门氏菌‘H’抗原结合时,对感染肠炎沙门氏菌鹌鹑,尤其是过去感染的诊断具有实际意义。血清学和细菌学试验相结合将会大大提高诊断的可靠性。本试验为感染肠炎沙门氏菌鹌鹑的检测提供了科学依据。 A group of quails were infected orally with 1 × 1010 CFU Salrrtonelia enteritidis andobservations were made on the value of bacteriological examination of cloacal swabs,faecal samples and tube agglutination test in detecting infected birds. The bacteriologicaland tube agglutination test with‘O’and‘H’antigens of S.enteritidis oaave variableresults and proved inconsistent and unreliable as a diagnostic procedure in individualbirds,but can be a indicator of infection on a pen or flock basis.The tube agglutina-tion test with‘O’antigen of S. pullorum showed more uniform and higher titres thanthat of‘O’and ‘H’antigens of S. enteritidis,and in combination with‘H’antigen ofS. enteritidis was of value in detecting infected birds, particularly the past infection.It was suggested that taking several swabs and faecal samples succesively at certainintervals and also using blood test would improved greatly the reliability of bacteriolo-gical and serological test in detecting the infected birds with S. enteritidis. This studyProvides a useful basis for the diagnosis of S.enteritidis infection in quails.
