摘要
目的:为研究2株黄曲霉菌株的黄曲霉毒素的产毒规律。方法:接种后,每2或3d用薄层层析法检测黄曲霉毒素产量。结果:产毒培养基中黄曲霉毒素产量迅速增长,在培养第sd时达到高峰。菌株18一且产生黄曲霉毒素BI7.509/kg和GI3·339/kg。菌株30-2产生黄曲霉毒素B10.90g/kg。之后,毒素含量逐渐降低。结论;建议黄曲霉毒素产毒检测时间提前到接种后第5d进行。
OBJECTIVE To study on the feature of aflatoxin (AF)-producing of two strains of Aspergillus flavus. METHODS After inoculation, AF production were detected by thin-layer chromatography and every two or three days. RESULTS The amount of AF in the media increased rapidly and were at the peaks on fifth day of growing. Strain 18-l yielded 7.50 g/kg of AFBI and 3.33 g/kg of AFGI, and strain 30-2 0. 90 g/kg of AFBI1 After then, AF content gradually stepped down. CONCLUSION The time for detecting AF--producing should be on sib day after inoculation.
