摘要
引入变量筛选技术和2阶响应面法以进行轿车侧撞安全气囊匹配设计的研究。整个匹配设计和优化过程包括:建立整车有限元模型及验证,耦合侧撞安全气囊模型,筛选匹配敏感变量和响应面法优化等。最终对以肋骨变形指标为依据而筛选出的影响侧气囊保护效能的两个敏感变量,即侧撞安全气囊的安装高度和与人体的距离,进行设计优化,结果使肋骨变形指标降低了23.1%。
Variable screening technique and quadratic response surface method are introduced to study the matching design of car side airbag. The whole process of matching design and optimization covers following steps: setting up and validation of the finite element model for complete car, into which a side airbag model is coupled; sensitive variables screening and optimization using response surface method etc. Finally, design optimization is conducted on 2 sensitive variables, i.e. the height of airbag installed and the distance between airbag and passen- ger, chosen based on rib deflection criterion (RDC). As a resuh, RDC is reduced by 23.1% after optimization.
