摘要
为了研究汽车安全气囊气体发生器的性能,设计了一套由冲击部分和数据采集部分组成的测试系统.冲击部分主要产生引爆气体发生器所需的碰撞加速度,数据采集部分可以同时记录下碰撞加速度随时间变化的a-t曲线,发生器引爆后爆炸容器内压力随时间变化的p-t曲线,气体发生器内部压力随时间变化的p内-t曲线.用该测试系统对不同初温的气体发生器进行了测试,得出了初温对气体发生器的产气压力和产气速度的影响规律.
A test apparatus composed of mechanical shock and data-collection system is designed to study the performance of gas generator. The mechanical shock part aims at exerting impact on ignition the gas generators, the data collection can record a-t curve of acceleration varying with time, the pin-t curve for pressure's variation in the closed inflator pump and the p-t curve for pressure's alteration in the gas generator at the same time after gas generator detonates. The tests on the gas generators with different initial temperature were carried out by this testing system to obtain the rule of initial temperature's influence on gas-forming pressure and speed influence for gas generator.
