摘要
芒果为典型呼吸跃变型果实,试验结果表明,气调贮藏有效地抑制了芒果呼吸代谢和后熟过程,延长了芒果贮藏寿命。气调贮藏使芒果果实内Vc、还原糖、总酸含量的损失明显减少,降低了贮期发病率,提高了芒果贮藏品质。鸡蛋芒果果实在10~11℃气调贮藏40~50天,出库后经一定的货架时间,果实风味与常温自然后熟的果实几乎完全一样。
Mango was the fruit with a tipical climacteric respiration.Its respiratory rate and ripening process could be controlled by CA storage.CA storage extended Mangos storage period about twenty days.Continuous measurement of Vc in fruit showed that a loss of 25% Vc occurred during thirty days CA storage and CK with more than 50% Vc loss.Egg Mango could be stored about 40 to 50 days at 10 to 11℃,combined with 5% to 6% CO 2,and 2% to 4% O 2.
