摘要
以在详细城市设计导则规范引导下开发建设的深圳市中心区22、23-1街坊为案例,通过调查收集对其建设成果等的评价并分析城市设计构思及相应设计手法的实施成效,从而总结经验发现问题,为今后寻求相应启示。
This paper, with the block No.22 and No.23-1 in Shenzhen central area developed under the guidance of the detailed urban design guideline as examples, evaluates the implementation of the urban design by a series of questionnaires and then analyzes the effectiveness of the urban design.
