基于MSPD-HPLC法的食用植物油中苯并[a]芘含量测定 被引量:10

摘要 建立了食用植物油中痕量苯并[a]芘的基质固相分散萃取-高效液相色谱(MSPD-HPLC)检测方法。以C18和Florisil硅土作分散剂,乙腈为洗脱剂,洗脱液氮吹浓缩后HPLC测定,结果表明,方法检出限为2μg/kg,加标回收率在92%~102%,相对标准偏差RSD在3.1%~3.8%。 A determination method of Benzo(a)Pyrene in Edible Vegetable Oil Based on MSPD-HPLC Method was established. The Optimal experimental conditions were as follows: C18 and Florisil as dispersant, acetonitrile as eluant, concentrating the eluent by nitrogen-blow and determined by HPLC. The results showed that the detection limit was 2 μg/kg, the recovery of standard addition was between 92% - 102%, relative standard deviation was 3.1% -3.8%.
