摘要
目的通过分析上颌尖牙受不同作用力后龈沟液(GCF)中的白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)水平的动态变化规律,间接了解牙齿受机械力作用后牙周组织改建的生化反应过程。方法选择正畸患者14例为研究对象,随机分成2组。分别对2组患者的右侧上颌尖牙施加100 g和250 g的远中移动初始力,左侧上颌尖牙均不加力。分别在加力前、加力后24 h,48 h,72 h,7 d,14 d,21 d和28 d时收集尖牙近、远中龈沟内GCF,ELISA法测定IL-1β含量。结果不同时间点、不同力值下GCF中IL-1β水平变化差别有统计学意义(P<0.01),牙齿近远中侧GCF中IL-1β水平变化差别无统计学意义。结论GCF中IL-1β的水平与正畸力大小及力的持续时间密切相关;GCF中IL-1β含量的变化可以作为分析临床正畸加力大小是否合适的参考指标之一。
Objective This study was designed to analyze the dynamic secretion of IL-1β in GCF of maxillary canine subjected to different orthodontic forces,and to discover the biochemical changes of periodontium remodeling when teeth were under mechanical strain. Methods Fourteen adolescents(12±2.30 years old)undergoing orthodontic treatment were randomly divided into two experimental groups.The right maxillary canines in the two groups were given 100g and 250g initial force for distal movement respectively,while the left maxillary canines in neither of the two groups received any force. Samples of gingival cervicular fluid were colldcted at the mesial and distal sides of each canine before and at 24 h, 48 h,168 h, 7d 14d ,21d, and 28d respectively after force application. 1L-1β level in the GCF was assessed by ELISA. The results were analyzed with SPSS 13.0. Results The mean IL-1β level in GCF was signifi- cantly different in groups with different force and at different time, while no statistically significantly difference of mean IL-1β level was found in GCF at the mesial and distal side of the canines. Oonclusion IL-1β level in GCF has close relationship with the magnitude and duration of orthodontic force. The change of L- 1β level in GCF can serve as a reference for the proper application of orthodontic force in clinical practices.
