本文记述采自浙江的嗜蛛姬蜂族Ｐｏｌｙｓｐｈｉｎｃｔｉｎｉ１新属：斜脉姬蜂属Ｒｅｃｌｉｎｅｒｖｅｌｕｓｇｅｎ．ｎｏｖ．及１新种：背凹斜脉姬蜂Ｒｅｃｌｉｎｅｒｖｅｌｕｓｄｏｒｓｉｃｏｎｃａｖｕｓｓｐ．ｎｏｖ．
One new genus with one new species, Reclinervellus dorsiconcavus gen. et sp. nov. is described from China in the present paper. Type specimens are deposited in the Department of Plant Protection, Zhejiang Agricultural University, Hangzhou, 310029.Reclinervellus gen. nov.Typespecies:Reclinervellus dorsiconcavus sp. nov.Fore wing 6.9mm～7.1mm long. Clypeus wide, trapezoid, not obviously separated from face; slightly convex, its apex raised upward, and its apical margin arched, a little reflexed. Occipital carina complete and at a rather high position. Occiput extremely concave forward. Eye bare, large, malar space almost obliterated. Vertex steep behind ocelli. Temple contracted in line behind eye. Epomia with a transverse carina, a deep concave between transverse carina and neck region of pronotum. Mesoscutum subpolished, evenly covered with moderately dense hairs. Notauli sharp, extended 0.7 its length, but not converged posteriorly. Upper end of prepectal carina distad from frontal edge of mesopleurum. Submetapleural carina complete. Propodeum subpolished, median longitudinal carina only present basally, lateral longitudinal carina present apically, only with an inner concave. Leg stout. Areolet absent. Intercubitus 0.5～0.55 times as long as second abscissa of cubitus; nervulus distad of basal vein by 0.27 its own length. Nervellus notintercepted, straight, strongly reclivous. Discoidella absent. First tergite moderately long, 1.2 times as long as apical wide, with an apicolateral groove, dorsomedian carina extended medially. Second to sixth tergites with punctures anteriorly hairy and with more coarse punctures, each tergite with oblique and medial grooves which together delimit two strong and elliptic swellings. Apical smooth bands 0.21 its length. Ovipositor sheath 2.5 times as long as apical depth of abdomen. Ovipositor straight and compressed, with a weak premedian swelling, tapered thence to the apex.Note: This new genus is very similar to the Neotropic genus Hymenoepimecis Viereck, 1912 in having a deep pit between transverse carina (epomia) and neck, but obviously different from the latter as follows: 1).prothorax not extended forward as necklike (the latter extended forward as necklike); 2).epomia present (the latter absent); 3).nervellus straight and reclivous strongly (the latter intercepted, its upper portion vertical); 4).discoidella absent (the latter present). This new genus is also closely near to the genus Sinarachna Townes, 1960 in having discoidella absent and mesoscutum with hairs all over, etc., but distinctly distinguished from the latter as follows; 1).region between epomiaand neck with a deep pit (the latter without a deep pit); 2).propodeum without any carinae on its surface, only its lateral longitudinal carina present apically (the latter with median longitudinal and apical transverse carinae besides lateral longitudinal carina); 3).tergites 2～4 with punctures (the latte largely smooth or entirely smooth).Reclinervellus dorsiconcavus, sp. nov.Holotype: Female Body 10.4mm long; fore wing 7.1mm long.Head smooth with sparse hairs. Face longer than wide and smooth, with sparse hairs, slightly convex medially. Clypeus smooth, scarcely hairs. Inner margin of eye above antenna slightly concave inward. Ocularocellar line longer than posterior ocellar line, as long as diameter of an ocellus. Antenna slender, with 35 flagella. Mesosoma smooth. Upper and lower margins of mesopleurum hairy. Submetapleurum smooth, with scarcely hairs. Propodeum with sparse long hairs. Apical part of radius straight baselly. Hind basitarsus 3 times as long as long tibial spur, 2.3 times as long as telotarsus. Tergites with dense hairs except apical smooth band. Median dorsal and lateral carinae strong. Second to sixth tergites with deep transverse grooves subapically. Tergite 2 as long as wide. Ovipositor sheath as long as length of tergites 1～2 combined.Head black.
