摘要
本文应用正交试验设计方法，系统地分析了染液的浓度、染色时间、温度和试件尺寸对福建省常用的两种单板染色工艺影响的变化规律，结果表明：影响单板染色的主导因子是温度，其次是浓度，接着是染色时间，而试件尺寸的影响最小．
By orthogonal experimental design, this paper systematically analyses the
variation laws of different effects of concentration , temperature, dyeing time and dimension of
samples on dyeing technique of two kinds of decorative veneers widely used in Fujian
Province. Based on their effects, the factors which affect the dyeing of veneer , arranged in
order of their importance, are as follows: temperature, concentration, dyeing time, and
dimension of samples.. The conclusions provide a scientific basis for producing decorative
veneer.
