摘要
测定和分析了１１家中密度纤维板厂的样板板内密度偏差和标准差。结果表明：板内密度偏差和标准差与试件尺寸有关；国产中密度纤维板板内密度偏差能达到７％。建议测试密度偏差的试件尺寸不小于１００ｍｍ×１００ｍｍ。
By sampling from MDF products from 11 manufacturing enterprises,internal deviation and standard deviation of MDF density were studied.The results showed that the internal deviation and standard deviation were related to specimen size,that the internal deviation could be less that 7%.Specimen size for density deviation test was suggested no less than 100 mm×100 mm.
