基于热力耦合的减振轴套挤压成形有限元模拟研究 被引量:3

摘要 利用基于有限变形理论的热力耦合基本方程,对减振轴套挤压成形模进行了三维热力耦合计算。分析发现应力集中明显,且其部位与模具实际裂纹位置相吻合。为改善模具体内应力分布,对该模具的主要结构参数进行了优化设计。获得优化的结构尺寸,使最大应力下降15.3%,从而延长了模具的使用寿命。 Using the thermal-mechanical coupling fundamental equations based on finite strain theory,a three-dimensional thermal-mechanical coupling calculation was carried out to the vibration bushings die extrusion forming die.It is found that there exists an obvious stress concentration at the location where the die surface crack takes place. In order to improve the distribution of stresses in the die.the optimal design on the main structural parameters was completed. The optimal values ,which make the maximum stress be weakened by 15.3%,the service life of the die is therefore prolonged.
