摘要
透明质酸(Hyaluronic Acid,简称HA)的独特分子结构和理化性质使其具有特殊的保湿作用。通过采用不同乳化剂、选取不同配比以及不同的乳化方法配制玻璃质酸钠高级润肤霜,并根据处方稳定性试验研究生产工艺,润肤霜处方工艺能应用于工业化生产。
Hyaluronic Acid (HA) is glucuronic acid and N-acetaminophen glucose disaccharide repeat unit consisting of straight-chain linking polymer mucopolysaccharide. Sodium hyaluronate is the sodium salt form of hyaluronic acid; hyaluronic acid in the hydroxyl molecules on the hydrogen ions was replaced by sodium ions. Different emulsifiers were applied, and different formula and emulsion methods were selected to produce the vitreous High-sodium cream. In addition, the production crafts were studied and examined in accordance to the prescription stability. It was showed that the cream prescription crafts could be used in industrial manufactures.
