摘要
目的探讨粘连性肠梗阻的手术治疗,预防粘连性肠梗阻的发生.方法回顾性分析我院手术治疗56例粘连性肠梗阻的临床资料.结果手术后无粘连性肠梗阻复发,术后6例发生切口感染,无手术死亡及肠瘘发生.结论合理诊断,把握手术时机,肠排列术的运用和加强术中、术后合理用药等综合预防措施是提高治愈率、防止粘连的关键.
Objective To discuss the operation of Adhesive intestinal obstruction and give advice on the precaution of the disease.Methods Lookback analysis was performed on the 56 clinical cases.Results Six cases occured incision infection,no recurrent Adhesive intestinal obstructionoccured and no intestinal fistula,death were found on 56 patients.Conclusion Reasonable diagnosis and good operation opportunity are useful in thesurgical management of patients with Adhesive intestinal obstruction.Comprehensive prevention is the key to prevent adhesion recurrence or to improvethe cure rate.
