摘要
[目的]为了系统评价饲喂不同日粮对西杂犊牛生长发育的影响。[方法]本实验选择18头初生的健康西杂犊牛公犊,随机分为2组,每组9头,根据L9(34)正交表设计了初乳喂量,不同营养水平代乳料及饲喂量三因素三水平两重复的正交试验方案,饲喂18个月。[结果]通过三因素之共同作用,分析其对西杂犊牛断奶体重,平均日增重,以及腹泻等感染性疾病患病次数的影响,应用方差分析法,确定了饲喂初乳4.5 L,饲喂强化代乳料及1.5 kg/d喂量对西杂犊牛生长发育影响极显著(P<0.01)。[结论]从而提出了适合本地西杂犊牛生长发育的最佳饲喂方法,对促进我市肉牛业的快速发展具有重要指导意义。
[Objective]In order to systematically evaluate the effect on growth and development of simmental crossbreed calves with feeding different diet. [Method] 18 nascent healthy simmental crossbreed calves were chosen and randomly divided into 2 groups, each group bad 9 calves. According to the L9 （3^4） orthogonal table, we designed the orthogonal experiment program including feeding quantity of colostrums , milk replacer with different trophic level and feeding quantity on three factors, three levels and two repetitions. These calves were fed 18 monthes. [Result] Through the interaction of three factors, the effects were analyzed on weaning weight, average daily increasing weight and the frequency of infectious diseases of simmental crossbreed calves. Feeding colostrum 4.5L, reinforcement Milk Replacer and 1.5 kg/d had a significant effect on the growth and development of simmental crossbreed calves by variance analysis（ P〈0.01）. [Conclusion]We proposed the best feeding method in feeding growth and development of local simmental crossbreed calves and it would promot the rapid growth of beef cattle industry in our city.
