摘要
采用一阶导数光谱法测定氯地滴耳液中氯霉素的含量，测定波长为３０３．０ｎｍ。氯霉素在０～６５．２μｇｍｌ－１范围内的线性关系良好，平均回收率为９９．８４％，ＲＳＤ为０．３７％（ｎ＝８）。本法操作简单快速，方法准确可靠。
Determination of chloramphenicol in the ear drops by first derivative spectrometry was studied. The detecting wavelength was 303.0nm. The linear range was 0～65.2μg·ml-1(r=0.9999). The average recovery was 99.84%, RSD=0.37% (n=8). The method is simple and accurate.
