摘要
采用一阶导数光谱法测定氯地滴耳液中氯霉素的含量,测定波长为303.0nm。氯霉素在0~65.2μgml-1范围内的线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.84%,RSD为0.37%(n=8)。本法操作简单快速,方法准确可靠。
Determination of chloramphenicol in the ear drops by first derivative spectrometry was studied. The detecting wavelength was 303.0nm. The linear range was 0~65.2μg·ml-1(r=0.9999). The average recovery was 99.84%, RSD=0.37% (n=8). The method is simple and accurate.
