摘要
本文提出了一个新的可用于研究港口货物集散的PCDM模型(Port CargoDistribution Network Model)。该模型是根据随机网络仿真系统构造的。PCDM是一种综合描述港口货物集散过程的网络模型,采用这种方法可以帮助作出合理计划和为未来规划港口项目提供一种定量分析和评审的有实际价值的方法,作者在本文中还例举了一个应用PCDM的例子,卽对NT市L港口扩建项目的仿真研究。
A new model PCDM(Port Cargo Distribution Network Model)which can be used to analyse port cargo discribution is described in this paper.PCDM was built by means of random network simulation system.It is a comprehensive port cargo distribution network model within which both real and potential port system can be evaluated in meaningful way to assist in logical planning and to provide quantitative basis for decision and future project.In this paper authors also present an example of application of PCDM——the simulation study of L port,NT city,planning project.
