摘要
以某规划中的多油品港为例,建立了港口生产营运系统的随机模拟模型,通过多次计算机仿真,预测了系统在可能运行条件下的发展趋势和变化特征,研究了单个营运参数变化对系统未来营运的影响,藉以探寻影响港口营运能力的瓶颈,为码头设计和港口管理提供了主要技术指标和信息.
Taking one product oil port under plan for example. A random simulation model to the system is set up. Through simulating with computer many times , the developing tendencies and changeable features under possible operation condition are calculated, the researches are carried out on how a single operation parameter affect the fature system operation changeable, in order to search 'bottle-neck' that infulences port operation capacity and so as to provide main technical parameters and information.
