摘要
观察保元汤醇提物对氢化可的松小鼠体重及脾脏和胸腺重量的变化,结果发现:两种剂量黄芪组方的保元汤醇提物皆能阻止氢化可的松小鼠体重、胸腺重和胸腺指数的降低,原剂量组能使脾重和脾指数恢复到正常水平,而大剂量组能使脾重和脾指数增加,这表明保元汤醇提物具有拮抗氢化可的松对免疫器官损伤的作用.
The changes of body weight and the weights of spleen and thymus of hydrocortisonum mouse were observed 2 weeks after administration (i. p) of alcohol extract of Bao Yuan Tang in the two dosages. The results showed that both two dosages could hinder the decrease of the body weihgt and the weight and index of thymus of the mouse. The orginal dosage of Bao Yuan Tang could regain and the large dosage could increase the weight and index of spleen of the mouse . These results proved that alcohol extract of Bao Yuan Tang could recover thd damage of spleen and thymus caused by hydro-cortisnum.
