摘要
用３种剂量的黄芪组方保元汤，给小鼠灌胃７日后，观察小鼠体重和外周血ＲＢＣ、ＷＰ的变化。结果发现：各剂量组皆能增加小鼠体重、ＲＢＣ和ＷＢＣ，尤以大剂量组明显。小鼠体重净增数为１．６±０．６０ｇ／只，ＲＢＣ和ＷＢＣ分别为８２１．７±６５．８百万／ｍｌ，１０３３３．３±２３４１．５个／ｍｌ。与对照组比较差异有显著性或非常显著性意义。
The changes of mouse weight and pheripheral RBC,WBC were observed 7 days after administration of Bao Yuan Tang containing different dosage of Astragalus Root.The results showed that in every dosage group the mouse weight and its pheripheral RBC,WBC were increased.In high dosage group,the net increasing weight,RBC and WBC were increased most significantly,reaching 1.6±0.6g/mouse,821.7±65.8×106/ml and 10333.3±2341.5/ml respectively.
