摘要
钴(Ⅱ)-2-羟基-1-萘醛肟(HNA)—羟胺体系的极谱波具有吸附和动力性质,此波可用于测定人发中的痕量钴。于Co(Ⅱ)-HNA-NH_2OH的氨性介质中观察到钴有一灵敏的极谱催化波,其波高与钴浓度在0.1~2.5ppb范围内呈线性关系,检测限为0.05ppb。本文考察了用该体系极谱催化波测定痕量钴的条件,应用此方法测定了人发试样中的钴,并对该体系极谱催化波的性质和机理作了初步讨论。
The polarographic wave in Co (II)-2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldoxime- hydroxylamine system has adsorption and kinetic characteristics. The peak potential of the wave is-1.27 V(vs.SCE), and its derivative peak heights are linear with Co(Ⅱ) concentration range from 0.1 to 2.5 ppb in 4×10^(-4) mol/1 HNA-1 mol/ NH_2OH-1 mol/1 NH_4 C1-NH_3·H_2O (pH 8.5 =0.5) supporting electrolyte. Detect limit is 0.05 ppb Co(Ⅱ). The method can be applied to determine tracec obalt in human hair.
