摘要
目的:探讨玉米须提取液对糖尿病大鼠肾脏的保护作用及其机制。方法:采用健康雄性S-D大鼠随机分组,第4、8周末收集血、尿标本测定生化指标及观察nephrin mRNA在肾组织中的表达。结果:在第4、8周,糖尿病组血糖、肌酐清除率、尿白蛋白排泄率较正常对照组均有不同程度的升高,玉米须提取液治疗组低于同时期的糖尿病组。糖尿病组大鼠肾组织nephrin mRNA表达较正常对照组明显降低,玉米须提取液组明显增高。结论:玉米须提取液对糖尿病大鼠肾结构功能具有保护作用。
Objective：To study renal protective effect of extract of stigmata maydis and its mechanism of in STZ-induced diabetic rats. Methods：Healthy male SD rats were randomly divided to 3 groups, At 4 and 8 weeks after the onset of diabetes, blood glucose （BG）, screatinine clearance rate （Ccr）and 24h urinary albumin excretion rate （UAER） were measured. The expression of protein and mRNA of nephfin in renal cortices were semi-quantitatively measured by RT-PCR. Results： At 4 and 8 weeks, blood glucose （BG）, screatinine clearance rate （Ccr）, 24 urinary albumin excretion rate（UAER） were higher in diabetic group than in normal control group, these parameters were significantly decreased in group stigmata maydis-treated diabetic group. RT-PCR analysis showed that expression of nephrin mRNA in renal cortex of diabetic group was obviously decreased. The expression of nephrin mRNA and protein was higher in the stigmata maydis treated diabetic group than the diabetic group. Conclusion： The study suggests that stigmata maydis has effect in protecting kidney of diabetic rats.
