摘要
灵芝是传统的扶正固本、延年益寿药物；灵芝注射液是人工栽培灵芝的乙醇提取液，内含较多的灵芝多糖、灵芝苷和嘌呤碱；顺铂为铂类抗肿瘤药物，临床常用，但由于其对肾脏的严重毒性作用，限制了顺铂的广泛应用。实验证明，顺铂与灵芝注射液合用后，大鼠尿蛋白减少，ＢＵＮ、ＳＣｒ正常。
Abstract Lucid ganoderma is the traditional medicine in stengthening the body resistance and restoring normal function of the body to consolidate the constitution and prolonging life·Lucid ganoderma injection is the alcohol extractive liquid from the artificiccl cultivating lucid yanodcrma lt contains much lucid hanodermu polysaccharide luccharide lucide ganoderma glucoside and purine base. Cis platinum is the common clinical platinum antineoplastil,but its serious toxil cuation to kidhey restricts its wide application.The experiment suggests that after cis platinum used together with lucid ganoderma injectiol,the rats urincry protein has been reduccd and the BUN SCR are normal.The results showo that lucid ganoderma injection can prevent Cis platinum nephrotoxic
