摘要
目的观察新交泰饮对顺铂肾毒性大鼠肾功能和形态学的影响,探讨新交泰饮治疗顺铂引起肾损伤的疗效。方法采用顺铂对大鼠尾静脉注射的方法复制顺铂肾毒性模型。将60只大鼠随机分为5组,每组12只。对照组(A组),用等量生理盐水替代顺铂尾静脉注射,于第1次注射后开始灌服生理盐水;模型组(B组):造模第1天开始灌服生理盐水;苯那普利组(C组):造模第1天开始灌服苯那普利(1mg·kg^-1·d^-1);新交泰饮低剂量组(D组):造模第1天开始灌服新交泰饮5g·kg^-1·d^-1;新交泰饮高剂量组(E组):造模第1天开始灌服新交泰饮15g·kg^-1·d^-1。分别处理6周后,观察大鼠血肌酐(SCr)、尿素氮(BUN)及肾组织的病理变化。结果与A组比较,B组大鼠血清中BUN、SCr含量明显升高(P〈0.01);经用药干预后,C、D和E组BUN、SCr含量明显降低,与B组比较有显著差异(P〈0.05,P〈0.01);D、E组与C组比较及D、E组之间比较,大鼠血清中BUN、SCr含量无显著差异(P〉0.05)。结论新交泰饮能有效改善顺铂肾毒性大鼠。肾功能,减轻肾脏病理改变。
Objective To explore the curative effect of new-Jiaotai decoction for cisplatin (DDP)-induced renal injury by observing the effects of new-Jiaotai decoction on renal function and renal morphology of rats with nephrotoxicity induced by DDP. Methods The rats were injected with cisplatin by vena caudalis to duplicate nephrotoxicity model, and were randomly divided into five groups: A,B,C,D and E. After treatment for six weeks, the contents of BUN and SCr in serum, the pathological changes of nephridial tissue in each group were examined. Results Compared with group B, the contents of serum BUN and SCr in groupsC, D, and E were significantly decreased(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01),and the pathological changes of nephridial tissue alleviated obviously. Conclusion New-Jiaotai decoction can effectively improve the renal function of renal injury rats induced by cisplatin and alleviate the pathological changes of nephridial tissue.
