摘要
一个清晰并且被广泛接受的脑瘫定义和分类方法对脑瘫的临床诊治、康复、科研、社会保障等具有非常重要的价值,尤其在建立区域、国家乃至将来的全球性脑性瘫痪监测数据库时是必不可少的。近年来国内外针对脑瘫的定义、临床分型以及功能分级有了不少新的变化,主要表现为更加重视功能与生活参与能力的评价。
It is very important to have a clear and widely accepted definition and classification for clinical diagnosis, rehabilita tion, research and social support of children with cerebral palsy, as well as in establishing a regional, national and global monitoring database. There are some new changes about the definition, clinical types and function classification of cerebral palsy recently domestic and abroad, which pay more attention to assessments on function and participation in daily life.
