摘要
目的:分析宫腔镜用于取出异常宫内节育器的临床价值。方法:回顾分析62例患者用宫腔镜取出异常宫内节育器的临床资料,研究宫腔镜在取出异常宫内节育器中的作用。结果:异常宫内节育器62例,通过宫腔镜取出59例,效果满意。结论:用宫腔镜取出宫内节育器具有诊断明确,定位准确,安全、可靠等优点。
Objective ： To analyze the role of hysteroscopy in dislodgment of abnormal intrauterine devices. Methods ： The clinical data of 62 cases who underwent hysteroscopy in dislodgment of abnormal intrauterine devices was retrospectively analyzed. We researched the role of hysteroscopy in dislodgment of abnormal intrauterine devices. Results：In the 62 cases,59 cases accepted hysteroscopy successfully with satisfactory result. Conclusions：Hysteroscopy for dislodgment of abnormal intrauterine devices is safe and reliable, the procedure has a lot of advantages, such as definite diagnosis and accurate location.
