摘要
目的:分析宫内节育器(IUD)取出困难的原因,探讨安全有效地取出困难节育器的方法。方法:电视宫腔镜检查宫腔内IUD,明确取出困难原因,了解IUD形态、位置、大小及与子宫壁的关系,选择相应的取出器械,B超指导取出过程,提高操作的准确性,避免损伤。结果:78例IUD取出失败者,均经宫腔镜取出顺利。结论:宫腔镜对取出困难IUD诊断明了,定位准确,操作简单,安全有效。
Objective：To analyze the reasons of difficult extracting IUD cases.Study the method of remove the difficulty IUD safely and effectively.Methods：Hysteroscopy checked the IUD,clearing the reason of difficulties to take off,finding out IUD form,position,size and the relationship with uterine wall.Electing affable appliance under the surveillance of the B-ultrasound.Results：78 cases were removed by hysteroscopy successfuly.Conclusion：Combineing use of hysteroscopy and B-ultrasonography is an effective method to manage the difficulty extraction of IUDs.
