摘要
国际金融法制改革势在必行。基于金融市场全球化现实,国际金融法制在维持全球金融秩序,推动全球经济增长过程中要发挥更大作用,如维护其作为全球财富国际分配机制的公平性,并能够在国际金融市场风险防范方面有其用武之地。鉴于目前国际货币体系格局不均衡和金融秩序无序状态,在平衡国家利益和全球公共利益基础上,应坚持国际金融自由化原则和监管原则,深化国际金融领域合作,推动国际货币体系和金融法制改革,加强国际金融监管合作,以求国际金融法制改革在维护国际金融秩序中发挥更为积极的作用。
It is imperative to carry on the international financial law system reform. Based on the reality of globalization of financial market, international financial law will play a greater role in promoting of global economic growth, maintaining its function for fairness as a global mechanism for the international distribution of wealth and regulating the international financial market risks. Given the imbalance of the current pattern of the international monetary system and the disorder of international financial order, it is important to keep the balance between national interests and global public benefits, adhere to international financial liberalism, deepen the field of international financial cooperation, and promote international monetary system and financial legal reform for more active roles in international financial law system reform.
