摘要
根据某综合楼工程主—裙楼的特点,结合地质情况,分析、探讨了钻孔后压浆灌注桩承载能力及地基基础设计的有关问题,并结合设计方案进一步说明,主楼采用钻孔后压浆灌注桩,裙楼采用独立柱基、墙下条基,可有效减少使用阶段建筑物各部分的差异沉降及倾斜度,满足规范的要求。
The compressive capacity of the post-grouting piles is analyzed based on the geology and the characteristics of the main-podium building structure. The main building adopts the post-grouting piles and the podium adopts the natural foundation, the column adopts isolated footing and the wall adopts strip foundation, so that to reduce the difference in settlement between each part of building and incline angle, and to satisfy the demand of the code.
