摘要
分析高校图书馆事业的发展,要在知识经济中发挥作用,首先要认识图书馆在知识时代的地位和作用;其次,要具备在新形势下图书馆员的基本素质;第三,提出对馆员的素质要求和提高途径。
This paper analyzes the role of library in university in the era of knowledge economy. The criteria of the quality of librarian and the approaches in improving it are also proposed.
