摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶技术制备出稳定的TiO2/ZnO复合水溶胶,在溶胶阶段通过轧焙烘工艺对纯羊毛织物进行抗菌整理。研究了TiO2与ZnO的掺杂比例、复合溶胶用量及焙烘温度对毛织物抗菌功能的影响,并对整理后织物的抗菌功能耐久性进行了分析。研究结果表明,整理后的毛织物具有很好的抑菌功能,且织物的断裂强度、回潮率、硬挺性等物理机械性能都有所提高。经50次水洗之后,对金葡萄糖球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌率分别为85.8%和77.5%。
A novel finishing agent water sol was prepared by sol-gel technology applied with TiO2/ZnO compounds and was treated to pure wool fabric for anti-bacterial performance by dipping, rolling and baking process. Variables in finishing was investigated including mixing ratio of TiO2 and ZnO, concentration of compound sol and baking temperature. The durability of anti-bacterial performance was also tested and analyzed. It is indicated in this paper that the wool fabric attain excellent anti-bacterial performance after disposal and the physical and mechanical property of wool textile was also improved a little more than that before finishing. After washing, the anti-bacterial rate decreased a little.
