摘要
文章主要对毛纺织物的抗起毛起球剂进行了研究,并探讨了不同的应用条件。文中所用的抗起毛起球剂是由含乙烯基的硅烷偶联剂与丙烯酸酯嵌段共聚制备而成的。文章通过对整理前后的毛纺织物的色差、亲水性、抗起毛起球性能等系列测试,认为整理剂中有机硅含量10%,对纯羊毛织物用量为20%(owf)、浴比1∶30时,抗起毛起球效果为未进行整理的5.3倍,效果明显,而色泽与手感基本保持不变,但亲水性稍有下降。
The pilling-resistant finisher of wool textile had been studied, It discussed the different conditions. The pilling-resistant finisher was made of the ethylene silane coupler and the acrylic ester. Through a series of tests to the finished wool textile, the result showed that the finished wool textile was 5.3 times better than the textile unfinished when the finisher contained 10% silicone and 20% （owf） textile and the bath ratio was 1 ： 30. The effect was obvious. The colour and handle didn＇t change, but hydrophilicity of the textile was fractionally lower.
