摘要
为了研究响腺对自由基反应的彭响,本实验观察了成年去胸腺大鼠和老年大鼠肝、脑过氧化脂质(LPO)的水平。实验结果表明,在去胸腺大鼠中,雌鼠肝脏LPO增高,脑组织LPO无明显变化,而雄鼠肝、脑组织LPO均未见增高;老年大鼠不论雌雄其肝、脑组织的LP0均增高。
