摘要
本文报告采用紫外分光光度法间接测定小鼠肝脏、脑MA0-B活性。结果表明,老年组鼠肝脏、脑MAO-B活性均明显高于老年前期组,提示MAO-B活性随龄增加。丙酸睾丸素(80μg,320μg/kg)、己烯雌酚(16μg,32μg/kg)对老年组鼠肝脏、脑MAO-B活性有不同程度的抑制作用,与单胺氧化酶抑制剂山楂液比较作用相类似。
The liver and brain MAO-B activities of the old mice were indirectly measured by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.The results showed that the MAO-B activities of the old mice were much higher than that of the young mice. It suggests that the MAO-B activities increase along with aging. Testosterone propionate (80μg/kg, 320μg/kg) and diaethylstilbestrol (16μg/kg, 32μg/kg)demonstrated obvious inhibition on the MAO-B activities in the liver and brain of the old mice. The effects were similar as compared with the hawthorn as MAOI.
