摘要
目的建立复方羊角颗粒中欧前胡素的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Diamonsil C18柱（200mm×4．6mm，5μm）；流动相为甲醇-水（65：35）；检测波长为248mm；流速为1．00mL·min^-1。结果欧前胡素进样量在0．0106～0．0954μg与其峰面积值呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9998），平均加样回收率为99．1％。RSD为0．8％。结论该方法操作简便，结果准确可靠，可用于复方羊角颗粒的质量控制。
To determine the content of imperatorin in compound Yangjiao granules by HPLC. Methods The content of imperatorin in compound Yangjiao granules was detemined by HPLC. The column was Diamonsil C18 （200 mm×4.6mm,5μm） ; the mobile phase was methanol-water （65 ： 35） ; the detective wavelength was 248 nm; and the flow rate was 1.00 mL·min^-1. Results The linear range of imperatorin was 0. 010 6-0. 095 4 9g （r=0. 999 8）, the average recovery was 99.1% and RSD was 0.8%. Conclusion The HPLC method is simple, accurate and reliable. It can be used to control the quality of compound Yangjiao granules.
