摘要
[目的]研究白腐真菌的生长及降解硝基苯化合物的情况。[方法]使用紫外分光光度计测量不同培养条件下锰过氧化物酶酶活,确定白腐真菌最佳培养条件。用气相色谱检测,通过比较降解前后的峰面积值算出硝基苯降解率。[结果]白腐真菌的最佳培养条件为:温度37℃,醋酸缓冲液调pH值为4.5,吐温80作表面活性剂。白腐真菌的最佳培养时间为6 d。白腐真菌使浓度10 mg/L硝基苯完全降解的时间为7 d。[结论]白腐真菌为易培养、高效降解菌,能实现硝基苯的无害化降解目标。
[ Objective ] The research aimed to study on the nitrobenzene biodegradation of white rot fungi. [ Method] UV was used to detect the activity of manganese peroxidase to obtain the optimal culture environment and GC to confirm the rate of nitrobenzene degradation. [ Result ] The optimal culture environment of the white rot fungi was as follows: 37℃ , pH value of 4.5, tween 80 as surfactant. The optimal culture time of white rot fungi are six days and 10 mg/L nitrobenzene can be degraded entirely in seven days. [ Conclusion] The white rot fungi is a kind of cuhurable, efficient microbe that can degrade nitrobenzene to harmless substance entirely.
