摘要
水是农业的命脉，水对吉林省西部易涝区农业的发展尤为重要。本文从有流区和闭流区中各选一个小流域进行暴雨径流的调控。无流区采用沙坝与排水沟相结合的方法以蓄为主；有流区采用排水沟与原有水面结合的方法以排为主，开源节流，充分利用当地水资源发展农业。
Water is the lifeblood of agriculture.In the western part of Jilin province,rainfall is ofen deficient and takes place during a short period,which hindera the development process of agriculture deeply.First,the author probes into the control of stormrunoff in open watershed and closed watershed on macroscale respectively and puts forward some control measures combining with local actual conditions;Then,using the method of combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis,applies them to the control of stormrunoff in two samplesites,one is Santuan small zone(belongs to closed watershed),another is Datong small zone(belongs to open watershed).
