Protection of the Wetland in the West of Jilin Province

摘要 根据湿地水资源补给类型一致性和湿地面积季节变率一致性原则将吉林省西部湿地分为 4个大区。以湿地季节变率及产生原因、湿地稳定性、湿地生物多样性等为指标分析各区湿地的现状及近 2 0年来的变化。可以看出 ,近 2 0年来湿地退化较为严重 ,湿地面积减少 11.0 8万hm2 。不同区域的湿地由于水源补给类型不同 ,在结构和功能上差别较大 ,抗干扰的能力与退化程度也不同。根据优先原则 ,分重点、分等级地对各区湿地提出保护对策。 According to the supplying type of water and the seasonal variety of wetland area, the wetlands of the west of Jilin province were divided into four regions. Using the seasonal variety of wetland area and the reason, wetland stability, and wetland biodiversity and so on as index, this paper analyzed the wetland status and the change in the last twenty years. We can see that wetland degeneration is serious in the last twenty years. The area of wetland lost 11.08×10 4 hm 2. The supplying type of water is different in different region, then it is obviously different in the structure and function of wetland, and the ability to resist disturbing is different too. Emphatically, the protecting measures in different wetland regions by the priority principle were discussed. The major water resource of Ⅰ region is precipitation. The wetland stability is weak. People directly opened up wetland in the last twenty years, which not only has decreased the area of wetland, but also has changed the surrounding of wetland. The main protecting measure of wetland is natural recovering. The wetland of Ⅱ region was not directly disturbed in the last twenty years. But the lake area of Ⅱregion lost 119.54 km 2. Due to the water resource of the upper stream of HuoLin river, was used out which made the water resource of downstream of HuoLin river was reduced. The wetland protection of Ⅱ region mainly avails of rainstorm of July and August and the flood of HuoLin river. The water resource of Ⅲ region is abundant. But people built dams to stop flood and built reservoirs to cut off the water of stream, which blocks up the relation between river and wetland. The wetland protection of Ⅲ region mainly recovers the relation between river and wetland, and builds the channel water engineering and the storing water engineering.
