摘要
首次对液压支架用屈服强度900MPa高强钢的焊接性进行了研究,采用热模拟的方法测定了SHT900D钢焊接CCT图,对SHT900D钢强韧性匹配焊接进行了试验研究。通过斜Y型坡口试验、插销试验及热影响区最高硬度等抗裂性试验对低匹配焊接工艺进行了优化设计,研究成果已成功应用于6.2,6.3m高端液压支架的焊接中。
The weldability of high strength steel which used in hydraulic support had been studied innovatively in the paper,and the tensile strength of this steel reached 900 MPa,with the method of heat expansion technique the continuous cooling transforming curve of SHT900 in HAZ was measured.The lower strength matching was discussed and the feasibility of SHT900 undermatching welding was achieved.Welding process of 900 MPa high-strength had been optimized by slit type cracking test,implant test and peak hardness of HAZ test,the research findings had been successfully applied in welding for 6.2 m and 6.3 m advanced hydraulic support.
