摘要
根据深缺口试验结果及其分析，统一了国内外焊接工作者在焊接接头的抗断裂性能方面对焊缝与母材的强韧性匹配原则存在的似乎相互矛盾的认识，提出了新的钢焊接接头的强韧性设计原则。
Based on the results and analyses of the deep-notch test, a new design pri-nciple of the strength and toughness of the steel welded joints is developed. The contradic-tory opinion on the matching principle of the strength and toughness of weld metal andbase metal is unified on the antifracture performance of the welded joints.
