摘要
在仿自然气候条件下,采用培养苗形态指标综合分析的方法,对3种鸢尾组织培养直接成苗的培养基进行筛选。结果表明:最适合黄娃娃和不朽白一次性成苗的培养基为MS+KT 0.5 mg.L-1+IBA 1 mg.L-1+-αNAA 0.6 mg.L-1+蔗糖30 g.L-1+琼脂粉8 g.L-1+活性碳0.3%,pH 6.7;最适合血石一次性成苗的培养基为MS+KT 0.5 mg.L-1+IBA 1mg.L-1+-αNAA 0.2 mg.L-1+蔗糖30 g.L-1+琼脂粉8 g.L-1+活性碳0.3%,pH 6.7。
Under the culture condition for imitating nature climate, through the integrated analytic ways of culture seeding form target, Culture medium for culturing 3 varieties of Iris germanica into seedling by tissue directly was filtrated. The results showed : the best adaption culture medium to I. germanica ' Sundoll' and I. germanica ' Immortality' plant in one step was MS + KT 0.5 mg·L^-1 + IBA 1 mg·L^-1 + a-NAA 0.6 mg·L^-1 + sucrose 30 g·L^-1 + agar 8 g·L^-1 + activated carbon 0.3 %, pH 6.7 ; the best adaption culture medium to I. germanica ' Bloodstone' plant in one step: MS + KT 0.5 mg·L^-1 + IBA 1 mg·L^-1 + α- NAA 0.2 mg·L^-1 + sucrose 30 g·L^-1 + agar 8 g·L^-1 + activated carbon 0.3 %, pH 6.7.
