摘要
对我国梨属植物13个种16个品种、类型的花粉在扫描电镜下进行了形态观察,其共同特征是,侧面观为长椭圆形或椭圆形,极面观为钝三角形或三裂圆形,具三孔沟,表面具条纹状纹饰和穿孔。不同种或品种类型的花粉形状、大小和纹饰存有一定差异。东方梨与西洋梨的花粉形状、大小、纹饰差异较大,其亲缘关系较远。白梨花粉的形态特征与砂梨很相似,与秋子梨也较近,可能是砂梨和秋子梨的自然杂交种。豆梨的花粉形态特征具有较多的原始性状,可视为梨的最原始种。
Pollen morphology of 13 species, 16 varieties(type) of Pyrus L. from China has been observed with SEM.The commen features are presented as follows:The pollen is oblong or elliptic in side view and is obtuse triangle or trilobate circular in polar view.There are 3-colporate,stripe ornamentation and perforation on the surface of pollen grains.The shape,size and ornamentation of pollen vary with species,variety and type.Above-listed items differences between East Asia pear and P.communis Linn. is larger.They are further apart from each other in relationship. According to pollen morphology characters of P.bretschneideri Rehd.is closely allied to P.pyrifolia Nakai. and is similar to P.ussuriensis Maxim.We think that P.bretschneideri Rehd.is a natural hybrid of P. pyrifolia Nakai. and P. ussuriensis Maxim.The pollen of P. calleryana Dene. has some original characters in shape,thus,it may be considered as the most original species among Pyrus L..
