摘要
本文对斯氏付柔线虫(Parabronema skrjabini)在光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜下的形态特征进行了较为详细的描述和比较,並给出了其中某些构造的扫描电镜照片。观察结果表明:斯氏付柔线虫头端是由二对不同的结构物所围成的,其后面各连接着六个小片形附属物。在二个侧唇上各有一呈藕状断面的侧器。雄虫尾部所有的乳突皆未有伸出体表的所谓“柄”。粗交合刺上有浅沟,细交合刺顺此沟伸出。交合刺由外缘部和核心部所构成。在文章中,作者对某些观察结果进行了分析、探讨。
The article described and compared in detail the morphologic features of Parabronema skrjabini under microscope and scanning electron microscope, and also gave certain SEM photographes of some structures. The observational results showed that: two pairs of different constructions surround and form (?)nto headparts of Parabronema skrjabini, with which six fasciol—shaped adjuncts are linked up in behind respectively; there is a amphid which has many holes on each one of the two lateral labia; all papilla at the end of the male parasite have not so—called handles stretching out of the surface of body; the thick spicule has on it shallow groove, along which the slender spicule stretches out; the spicule is made up of the outerspace part and the nucleus part. In addition, some observed results were analysed and further discussed as well.
