公司型投资基金及其在我国的发展 被引量：2

摘要 我国契约型基金在发展中面临着如基金管理公司"内部人控制"、基金托管人的监督有名无实、基金受益人主体缺位等诸多问题。在基金治理效率上,公司型基金具有有效维护基金持有人的权益、构建灵活的激励与约束机制、更好地发挥基金的投资性等比较优势。我国公司型基金的发展,一是要构造其发展的法律环境,二是要解决双重征税问题,三是要完善公司型基金治理结构,四是要实现公司型基金与契约型基金的协调发展。
