摘要
1999年从北京植物园引种红王子锦带(Weigela florida‘RedPrince’),经9a栽培试验,对其生物生态学特性、繁殖技术等进行了系统的研究。结果表明:红王子锦带抗逆性强,可露地越冬,但遇特殊年分稍有冻梢;红王子锦带扦插繁殖采用50×10-6吲哚丁酸浸泡插穗120min或速醮GGR系列生根粉处理插穗,效果最佳。现已繁殖推广苗木万余株,深受广大市民喜爱。
Weigela florida＇Red Prince＇ , introduced from Beijing Botanical Garden in April 1999, was planted in Heilongjiang Forest Botanical Garden. The ecological characteristics, biological characteristics and propagation of IV. florida ＇ Red Prince＇ were studied after 9 years of cultivation. Results showed that IV. florida＇ Red Prince＇ had strong cold tolerance and could survive winter, but slightly frozen tips could be observed in a particular year. The best rooting effect could be obtained when the cuttings were immersed in 50μg/g IBA for 120 minutes, or dipped in GGR plan growth regulator for a very short time.
