摘要
用不同梯度的NaCl溶液对偃伏梾木幼苗进行处理,并测定其生理指标,实验结果表明:随土壤中盐溶液浓度的升高,偃伏梾木幼苗叶片的细胞水势、叶绿素含量和光合速率降低,而质膜透性、可溶性糖含量和脯氨酸含量增高,且相关性较好;偃伏梾木幼苗能适应的NaCl溶液临界浓度大约在300mmol/L左右;超出其耐受范围的胁迫,可在胁迫进行48h后就对幼苗的多项生理指标产生显著的影响。
Physiological indices of leaves from red-osier dogwood seedlings treated with different concentrations of NaCl were analysed. With the increase of NaCl concentration in the soil, cell water potential, chlorophyll content and photosynthetic rate of red-osler dogwood leaves decrease, while membrane permeability, soluble sugar content and praline content increase, and good correlation results was tbund between NaCl concentration and these physiological indices. The critical NaCl concentration for red-osier dogwood seedlings is about 300 mmol/L. The stress beyond its normal level of tolerance has a significant impact on the physiological indices of red-osier dogwood seedlings after 48 hours of stress.
