节能型GS-11乙苯脱氢催化剂开发与工业试验 被引量:9

Development and industrial test of energy saving GS-11 catalyst for ethylbenzene dehydrogenation

摘要 利用X荧光分析、压汞、氮气吸附和乙苯脱氢反应等多种表征手段,探讨了影响GS-11催化剂诱导期的原因,通过优化焙烧工艺、严格控制氧化铁中Cl-含量,使生产的催化剂性能重复了小试结果。工业应用试验结果表明,GS-11催化剂具有催化性能高、稳定性好以及强度稳定的特点,适于低水比条件下操作,具有明显的节能效果。 Several factors involved in the induction time of GS-11 catalyst are discussed by means of XRF, BET, mercury intrusion method and ethylbenzene dehydrogenation reaction. The catalyst prepared at commercially scale-up level has the same results with the laboratory-prepared catalyst by adjusting the calcination process and controlling the content of Cl^- in iron oxide strictly.The commercial test result show that GS-11 catalyst exhibits high catalytic properties, good stability, stable crush strength, which can be used in low mass ratio of steam to oil and has a remarkable energy-saving effect.
